International Patients in India — MedTourInd Services

MedTourInd provides comprehensive coordination services for international patients coming to India for treatment — from medical report review to post-treatment follow-up.

Medical Disclaimer: MedTourInd is a coordination service, not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All treatment decisions are made by qualified medical professionals at the treating hospital.

What to Expect During Your Stay in India

We coordinate every aspect of your stay so you can focus on your treatment.

Airport Pickup

MedTourInd arranges airport pickup on your arrival in India. A representative will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation or directly to the hospital, depending on your schedule.

Hospital Appointments

We coordinate your hospital appointments in advance so you are expected and registered on arrival. We accompany you to initial consultations and provide Arabic interpretation support.

Accommodation Near the Hospital

We assist with arranging accommodation close to the treating hospital — whether in a hospital guesthouse, serviced apartment, or hotel. We consider your budget, dietary requirements, and proximity to the hospital.

Arabic Interpretation

We provide Arabic interpretation during consultations, ward rounds, and discharge discussions so you can communicate clearly with your medical team throughout your treatment.

Halal Food & Dietary Needs

We advise on halal food options near the hospital and can assist with arranging halal meals during your stay. Many hospitals in India have international patient departments that accommodate dietary requirements.

Local Transport

We coordinate local transport between your accommodation and the hospital for appointments, tests, and follow-up visits during your stay.

Communication with Your Family

We help you stay in contact with your family back home — providing updates on your treatment progress and coordinating communication with the medical team when needed.

Post-Treatment Follow-up

After you return home, we coordinate follow-up consultations with your treating doctors in India and help you communicate any concerns or questions to the medical team.

What Medical Documents to Prepare

The more complete your medical records, the more useful your initial consultation will be.

Pathology / biopsy reports (with histopathology)
Imaging reports: CT scan, MRI, PET-CT (with CDs/images)
Blood test results (CBC, tumour markers, LFT, KFT)
Discharge summaries from previous hospitalisations
Details of previous treatments (chemotherapy, radiation, surgery)
Current medication list
Referring doctor's letter (if available)
Passport copy (for visa coordination)
